Wembley Stadium
Europe’s first multi-storey coach park is an award-winning complex providing capacity for thousands of attendees across its varying platforms, including open-air areas, sheltered spaces, and car parking facilities across the five levels. The facades of the building have hot-pink outlines of iconic Wembley entertainers designed by the world-famous Wayne Hemingway.
EV Smart won the the contract in late summer 2021 to provide EV Charging for 78 parking bays within the new Pink Car Park. Work started in September and the job was completed in November 2021.
Ramside Hall
Offering the perfect blend of traditional features, luxury accommodation and first-class service, Ramside Hall Hotel is the ideal setting for a break in County Durham.

In addition, Ramside is also home to some of the very best restaurants in County Durham, including the famous Pemberton’s Carvery, Rib Room Steakhouse and our award winning Pan-Asian restaurant, Fusion. You can also enjoy a round of golf on one of our two 18-hole championship golf courses along with a 16 bay driving range to help you get into the swing of things.
Ramside Hall is one of the most sought after wedding venues in County Durham, with a huge range of function suites available to cater for ceremonies and receptions of all sizes. These rooms can also be used for conferences, meetings and special occasions so please let us know if you have any special requirements.
One Causeway
One Causeway is the first new office development in Staines for seven years. The exceptionally prominent building is visible from the M25 and adjacent to Heathrow; it forms part of the first phase of a bold and ambitious vision for creating a vibrant and prestigious, mixed-use business campus; an amenity-rich, 270,000 sq ft office park that will also include a hotel with F&B offering, an Aldi, a small business centre and a multi-storey car park.
We installed 22 Ecotap units into the new multi story car park.
The recently finished development is over 50% occupied with Gartner taking the ground and 1st Floor.
Further expansion to the site continues with the construction of a hotel and Lidl due to be completed shortly.
Helix Car Park - Newcastle
A landmark 24-acre hybrid city quarter in the centre of Newcastle, built for international tech and science businesses, the local community and residents.
A brand new multi story car park at the Newcastle Science Park development, we installed 28 charge points.
Further expansion to the site continues with the construction of a hotel and Lidl due to be completed shortly.
